Tim & Cindy are residents of Porter Ranch and work as a team with their son Brandon and other dedicated members. Cindy is our buyer’s agent and is passionate about finding properties specific to buyers’ preferences. She also works with our sellers and stagers to strategically position our listings for optimal presentation. Tim has been a real estate broker since 1975 and is a leader in the industry. After many years in this business, he still loves every moment representing buyers and sellers. Throughout the years, Tim & Cindy have both enjoyed coaching their kids in the Little League/Softball programs all the way through Senior League. Tim was on the Board of Directors for the local Little League for many years and served as a volunteer umpire. He also served on the School Site Council of LAUSD. Cindy served on the Board of Directors for Softball, was involved in Girl Scouts, and spent much time volunteering at her childrens’ school and sports leagues.
